WRONG ORDER

Our management team ensures you get the right food delivered to your location. However, if you receive an incorrect order, you can simply contact us and let us know. We can make appropriate changes to the transaction and provide the right food.

BAD FOOD

While we always prepare our food using the freshest ingredients, we consider it our responsibility to provide assurance regarding the bad food. If you think the food is of poor quality, contact us and let us know. We may ask you to provide proof of bad product residue. We will resolve the inconvenience and give you a reasonable refund.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order up to five minutes after placing your order on our website ghalibdaig.com.pk. If the retailer has received your order, cancellation/refund is not possible. For clarification, the estimated time is based on when you place your order on the checkout page. When ordering cash on delivery, your order will be delivered according to the instructions and the money must be collected by the driver.
